# Create a channel (add iCal feed)

`POST /v1/channels`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.frihet.io`
- URL: `https://api.frihet.io/v1/channels`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

## Request body

- ChannelCreate
  - `propertyId` string, required: ID of the property this channel belongs to
  - `name` string, required: Channel name (e.g., "Airbnb", "Booking.com")
  - `type` 'ical_import' | 'ical_export' | 'api'
  - `feedUrl` string, uri: iCal feed URL for import
  - `status` 'active' | 'paused' | 'error'
