`GET /limits`

Per-note cap, note cap and remaining notes for the token's scope.

## Response `200`

The limits.

- Limits
  - `tier` 'free' | 'trial' | 'personal' | 'dev' | 'team', required
  - `plain_body_bytes` integer, required: Per-note cap for plain notes, in bytes.
  - `note_cap` integer, required
  - `notes_remaining` integer, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, revoked or expired bearer token (`unauthenticated`).
- `403`: The token's scope or plan does not allow this (`forbidden`).
- `429`: Throttled (`rate_limited`); honour Retry-After.
- `503`: Backend temporarily unreachable; retry with backoff (`service_unavailable`).
