Check a goods description against the official EU ICS2 stop-words list (unacceptable ENS terms, DE 18 05 000 000). Returns flagged terms, a clean boolean and a _source. Reference only - not an ENS filing or legal advice; non-exhaustive, clean != acceptance. Descriptions are not stored.

Stop-words check result (flagged terms + caveat + _source).

- Ics2CheckResponse: EU ICS2 stop-words check result. No accepted/rejected verdict — a flagged term will likely cause an ENS rejection; a clean result does not guarantee acceptance (the list is non-exhaustive).
  - `description` string, required: Echo of the submitted description
  - `flagged` object[], required: Listed stop-words found (empty if none)
    - `term` string, required: The listed stop-word found
    - `note` string, required: Standalone (automatic ENS rejection) vs embedded (make the description more specific)
  - `clean` boolean, required: True if no listed stop-word found — NOT a guarantee of acceptance
  - `caveat` string, required: Non-exhaustive-list caveat: clean does not mean accepted
  - `_source` object: Citability envelope: EU ICS2 list authority, legal basis, version + provenance.
