Compatibility endpoint for playground clients that selected the V3 engine
while using the generic sign horoscope. V3 is personal-only today, so this
returns the V2 sign engine shape under the V3 route instead of 404ing.

- `date` string: YYYY-MM-DD or 'today'
- `timezone` string: Timezone (deprecated, use tz_str)
- `tz_str` string, nullable: Timezone string
- `lang` string, nullable: Interpretation language. Supported: en, fr, it, hi. Default: en
- `locale` string, nullable: Deprecated alias for lang
- `type` string, nullable
- `style` string, nullable
- `variant` string, nullable
