Answer a constrained Vedic question with structured calculation evidence.

Supports daily Muhurat questions for Abhijit, Rahu Kaal, Brahma Muhurat,
Do Ghati Muhurat, Hora, Chaughadia, Gowri Panchangam, Panchak, and Bhadra.
Table-style intents return full day/night sections plus current_period when
a local lookup time is supplied or the requested date is today.

## Request body

- VedicQARequest
  - `question` string, required: Supported daily Muhurat topic in English or Hindi, or a supported intent key. Not open-ended astrology chat.
  - `date` string, date, nullable: Target local date. Defaults to today for the resolved location.
  - `time` string, nullable: Optional local lookup time in HH:MM or HH:MM:SS format.
  - `city` string: City name (optional)
  - `lat` number, nullable: Latitude
  - `lng` number, nullable: Longitude
  - `tz_str` string: Timezone: AUTO, LMT, or standard (e.g. Europe/Berlin)
  - `ayanamsha` string: Ayanamsha
  - `language` 'en' | 'hi': Response language: en (default) or hi (Hindi). lang is an alias. Language codes are case-insensitive; both aliases must agree when supplied together. Translates answers, labels, warnings and calculation notes. Codes and times stay unchanged.
