# Bulk-import redirects

`POST /cms/redirects/import`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://next.frase.io/api/v1`
- URL: `https://next.frase.io/api/v1/cms/redirects/import`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-KEY`

Bulk-load up to 1000 redirects for a site in one synchronous, last-wins upsert - e.g. a batch of legacy paths at migration. Paths must be site-relative, not absolute URLs, and at most 500 characters. Returns counts of created, updated, and skipped rows.

## Request body

- object
  - `site_id` string, uuid, required: Required. The site to import into.
  - `redirects` object[], required: Required. Non-empty list of redirects, at most 1000.
    - `from_path` string, required: Site-relative source path.
    - `to_path` string, required: Site-relative destination path.

## Response `200`

Import summary

- object
  - `data` object
    - `created` integer
    - `updated` integer
    - `skipped` integer: Rows that resolved to no-ops (e.g. self-redirects).
    - `site_id` string, uuid
  - `request_id` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation failed
- `401`: Authentication failed
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limited, or the org's monthly brief limit blocked minting the refreshed brief (only the FIRST supersession of a brief is billing-exempt; repeats meter normally)
