# Update Segment Asset Endpoint

`PATCH /segments/{segment_id}/assets/{asset_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.framesail.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.framesail.com/segments/{segment_id}/assets/{asset_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Update a segment asset's config, name, or sort_order.

`config` is MERGED at the top level, never replaced: send only the keys
you are changing (e.g. {"description": ...}) — the rest of the config
(source, media_result, placement, …) is untouched. Pass a key as null to
delete it.
