Persist an entity-backed section's edited value to its subject row.

## Request body

- PersistSectionRequest: Write an entity-backed section's edited value to its subject row. Exactly the scope id matching the job's subject is set (e.g. segment_asset_id for segment_image). `value` is a string for `inputs` sections or `{"asset_refs": [{"asset_id", "order"}]}` for `asset_refs` sections.
