`GET /generate/segment_video/animate_estimates`

## Request

Duration-true quotes for animating each generated segment, both
families: prompt video (clip snaps to the model's duration enum) and
voice / lip-sync (renders and bills the exact segment length — a 12s
segment costs ~2.4× a 5s one there). Flat per-model blurbs mislead on
long segments, so the animate menu and the bulk sheet read this instead.

Pure read: no ai_jobs row, no provider call, no credits touched.
