`POST /billing/resume`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.framesail.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Undo a scheduled cancellation — the "Keep my subscription" button.

The one manage action that can't be a portal deep link: Stripe's
flow_data has no renew flow, so the portal could only drop the user on its
homepage to hunt for "Don't cancel subscription". See resume_subscription.
