# Submit Application

`POST /affiliate/apply`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.framesail.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.framesail.com/affiliate/apply`
- Auth: none declared

Accept an affiliate-program application from the public /affiliates page.

Unauthenticated by design — applicants are not Framesail users (same
posture as /affiliate/login; the limiter keys anonymous callers by IP).
The application lands in mkt_leads with source='affiliate_application',
shaped so the existing /admin/marketing/leads/{id}/promote flow carries it
straight into the affiliate CRM: contact=email, url=YouTube channel,
type=youtube_creator. The response never reveals whether the email is
already known or whether the honeypot tripped.

## Request body

- ApplyRequest: Public affiliate-program application form (the /affiliates page). Socials are free-text URLs or handles; empty string means "not given". `website` is a honeypot — the field is hidden from humans, so any value marks the submission as bot spam and it is silently dropped.
  - `name` string, required
  - `email` string, required
  - `youtube` string
  - `x` string
  - `tiktok` string
  - `instagram` string
  - `facebook` string
  - `linkedin` string
  - `notes` string
  - `website` string

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ApplyResponse
  - `received` boolean

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
