# Mark Paid

`POST /admin/affiliates/{affiliate_id}/mark-paid`

## Request

Record a manual payout: flip every approved ledger row (commissions and
offsetting adjustments) to paid. The transfer itself happens outside the
system (PayPal/Wise). Refuses when the net approved balance is <= 0.
