# GET /v1/threads/unread

`GET /v1/threads/unread`

## Request

- The document declares no server URL.
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `/authorize`, token URL `/oauth/token`, scopes: `email.read`)
  - HTTP bearer

Unread, unarchived threads per granted mailbox, counted over each whole mailbox.

## Response `200`

The request has succeeded.

- UnreadCounts: One row per granted mailbox, including the ones with none — a mailbox missing here was not counted.
  - `mailboxes` MailboxUnread[], required
    - `mailboxId` string, required
    - `unread` integer, required: Counted over the whole mailbox, never over a page.

## Other responses

- `401`: Access is unauthorized.
- `403`: Access is forbidden.
- `default`: An unexpected error response.
