Dispatch a drafted broadcast to its audience.

- `broadcastId` string, required

## Response `202`

The request has been accepted for processing, but processing has not yet completed.

- BroadcastQueued: All a dispatch can honestly say: the fan-out is queued. Poll `getBroadcast` for progress.
  - `status` 'queued', required

## Other responses

- `401`: Access is unauthorized.
- `403`: Access is forbidden.
- `404`: The server cannot find the requested resource.
- `409`: The request conflicts with the current state of the server.
- `422`: Client error
- `default`: An unexpected error response.
