# Cancel an audit

`POST /audit/cancel`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.foudroyer.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.foudroyer.com/audit/cancel`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Cancels an audit. User must own the website associated with the audit.

## Request body

- AuditCancelInputDto
  - `audit_id` string, required: Unique identifier of the audit to cancel

## Response `200`

The audit was cancelled

- AuditCancelOutputDto
  - `success` boolean, required: The audit was cancelled
