# Create a new chat history

`POST /ai_assistant/chat/create`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.foudroyer.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates a new chat history with an empty messages array. Returns the created chat with its generated ID.

  - `website_id` string, required: Website ID associated with the chat

## Response `200`

The newly created chat history.
