## Request body

  - `mark` string: The IBC UN mark; code and month of manufacture are read from it
  - `code` string: IBC code, e.g. 31HA1, if no mark
  - `made` string: Month of manufacture: MM/YYYY, MM/YY, YYYY-MM or "March 2024"
  - `leak` string: Month of the last leakproofness test
  - `insp` string: Month of the last inspection
  - `repair` string: Month of the last repair
  - `bottle` string: Month the inner receptacle was replaced (remanufactured composite IBCs)
  - `regime` 'un' | 'us': un (default) or us
  - `lang` 'en' | 'ja': en or ja

- `400`: The input could not be read. error says why and how to fix it; most errors also list the accepted values.
