# List the documents a public link has produced

`GET /links/{linkId}/documents`

## Request

Lists the completed documents produced by this link — one per person who opened it and signed.

Each entry carries a `documentId` you can pass straight to `GET /docs/{documentId}`,
`GET /docs/{documentId}/signed-file` and the rest of the document endpoints.

### Only completed submissions
Someone who opened the link and abandoned it half-filled does not appear here. A link anyone can open
would otherwise fill this listing with noise, and there is no meaningful "in progress" state for a
signer nobody invited.

These documents are **not** part of `GET /docs`, which lists documents you sent to named recipients.

List of documents produced by the link

- object
  - `limit` integer: The maximum number of documents requested per page
  - `offset` integer: The offset used in the current request
  - `nextOffset` integer, nullable: The offset to use for the next page, or `null` when there are no more results. A page can come back with fewer items than `limit`. Follow `nextOffset` until it is `null` rather than stopping at the first short page.
  - `documents` DocumentListDetail[]
    - `documentId` string, uuid: Document ID. Pass it to `GET /docs/{documentId}` for the full details.
    - `name` string: Name of the document
    - `createdAt` string, date-time: Document creation timestamp
    - `status` 'created' | 'processing' | 'awaiting_signatures' | 'completed' | 'revoked' | 'error': Current status of the document: - `created`: Document has been created and is ready - `processing`: Document is being processed asynchronously - `awaiting_signatures`: Document is awaiting signatures - `completed`: All signatures collected - `revoked`: Document revoked, expired or closed - `error`: Processing failed
    - `sharingSetting` 'shared' | 'private': Whether the document is visible to the whole account or only to its owner
    - `userId` string, uuid: User ID of the document owner
  - `errorLanguage` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid pagination parameters
- `401`: Unauthorized - Missing or invalid access token.
- `403`: Forbidden - the link is private and belongs to another user, or the capability is missing.
- `404`: Public link not found
- `500`: Internal server error
