# Delete a form

`DELETE /v1/forms/{form_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.formcarry.com`
- URL: `https://api.formcarry.com/v1/forms/{form_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Permanently deletes the form. Its submissions, exports and connected integrations are not deleted. This cannot be undone.

- `form_id` string, required

## Response `200`

- FormDeleted
  - `id` string, required
  - `deleted` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `401`: The request carried no usable key or token.
- `403`: The key is valid but may not do this.
- `404`: No such form for this key.
- `429`: Slow down and retry after the Retry-After header.
