# Register a client

`POST /api/oauth/register`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.formaportal.com`
- URL: `https://app.formaportal.com/api/oauth/register`
- Auth: none required

RFC 7591 Dynamic Client Registration. Unauthenticated — that is what
"dynamic" means. Every registration is issued a public client scoped to
`mcp:read`, regardless of what the request asks for.
