# Edit Form Webhook

`PATCH /v3.0/forms/{formSlug}/webhooks/{slug}/`

- PatchedFormWebhookRequest
  - `url` string, uri: the call back url to send the data to after the webhook has been triggered.
  - `form` FormSlugRequest
    - `slug` string, nullable
    - `title` string, nullable: the form's display name.
    - `logo` string, binary, nullable: the logo to be shown on the top of form
  - `title` string, nullable: the title of the webhook.
  - `secret` string, nullable: an optional secret key sent to the url, inside header (in a pre-defined header key).
  - `form_submit_events` boolean: is called everytime form has a new submit.
  - `row_payment_events` boolean: is called everytime form receives a successful payment.
  - `row_update_events` boolean: is called everytime a row is edited.
  - `send_rendered_data` boolean: include rendered_data in data of webhook or not.
  - `send_raw_data` boolean: include raw data in data of webhook or not.
  - `active` boolean: whether the webhook is currently active or not.
  - `conditional_webhook` boolean: is this a conditional webhook (sent based on a given logic) or not (sent every time).
