`GET /v1/calibration/per-version`

## Request

  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - OAuth 2 (client credentials, token URL `/oauth/token`, scopes: `decision_records`)
  - HTTP bearer

Per-model-version Brier + reliability-bins drill-down.

Read-only. Surfaces which model versions contributed to the
cohort's calibration and whether they're mixing. Partner
analysts use this view to detect engine-version drift
before the aggregate Brier moves.

## Query parameters

- `industry` string, required: Vertical (e.g. insurance_decision, cyber_threat_intel).
- `client_id` string, nullable: Optional tenant assertion; when supplied, it must match the authenticated org_id.
- `workflow_type` string
- `system_version` string
- `rubric_version` string
- `row_limit` integer: Maximum retained calibration rows in this bounded view.
- `snapshot_max_id` integer, nullable: Stable snapshot high-water mark returned by a prior page.
- `before_id` integer, nullable: Read rows older than this immutable keyset ID.
