`GET /api/profile_images/{username}`

Retrieve the profile image URL and configuration for a user or organization by username.

        ### Integration Details:
        - Bypasses authentication.
        - Convenient for quickly displaying avatars/icons in comments lists, headers, or sidebar elements without requesting the full user profile model.
