# Submit researched targets with evidence. Targets stay pending until a human approves them in Forbiz.

`POST /targets`

## Request

Identifiers are Forbiz UUIDs. `campaignId` is the Outreach id (the field name is kept for backwards compatibility) and must exist and belong to the credential's owner, otherwise 404 `campaign_not_found`. `runId` is ONLY a UUID returned by a previous POST /targets — an arbitrary external key is rejected with 400 `invalid_run_id`. To start a new research run, omit `runId` and pass a human label in `runName`. Errors: 400 (`targets_required`, `invalid_campaign_id`, `invalid_run_id`), 404 (`campaign_not_found`, `run_not_found`), 502 (`campaign_lookup_failed`, `run_lookup_failed`).
