# Read the current autonomous send budget (limit, used, remaining, window). Consumes nothing. A send is rejected with 429 and code AUTONOMOUS_SEND_LIMIT_REACHED when the budget is exhausted or no policy is configured; an idempotent retry of the same logical send never consumes an extra slot.

There is NO built-in default limit: if no policy is configured for the workspace/channel, autonomous sending is refused (configured=false). Enforcement is transactional at execution-recording time, under a row lock, outside model reasoning — preflight values are informational because another process may consume the remaining slots first.
