# Every attempt to check for this action's signal, oldest first.

`GET /actions/{id}/signal-checks`

## Request

Append-only. A correction is a NEW check, never an edit or a deletion. Each entry carries the source, the period, what was looked for, the result and one plain sentence in `means` that says what was checked — never that a third party did not answer.
