# Create Subaccount

`POST /subaccounts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fonestorm.com/v2`
- URL: `https://api.fonestorm.com/v2/subaccounts`
- Auth: API key in header `token`

Add a new Subaccount to an account.

## Request body

- object
  - `label` string, required: Name/Label for subaccount
  - `ip_address` string: IP address if the subaccount is not a PBX account
  - `service_address` object: Service Address
    - `company_name` string: Company Name
    - `first_name` string: First Name
    - `last_name` string: Last Name
    - `email` string: Email Address
    - `phone` string: Phone number
    - `address_line1` string: Address Line 1
    - `address_line2` string: Address Line 2
    - `city` string: City
    - `state` string: State
    - `zipcode` string: Zipcode

## Response `201`

Created

  - `subaccount` Subaccount
    - `id` string: 10 digit Subaccount number.
    - `label` string: Name/Label for Subaccount.
    - `status` string: Subaccount status enabled, disabled, suspended or suspendoutbound
    - `service_address` object: Service Address
      - `company_name` string: Company Name
      - `first_name` string: First Name
      - `last_name` string: Last Name
      - `email` string: Email Address
      - `phone` string: Phone number
      - `address_line1` string: Address Line 1
      - `address_line2` string: Address Line 2
