Get a list of all speeddials.

    - `label` string: Name/Label for SpeedDial.
    - `service_type` string: SpeedDial destination type
    - `service_id` string: SpeedDial destination value
    - `type` 'auto' | 'manual': SpeedDial status
    - `active` string: SpeedDial status
