Creates a new messaging brand

  - `einIssuingCountry` string: Two-letter ISO-2 country code of Tax ID issuing country

  - `altBusinessIdType` 'NONE' | 'DUNS' | 'GIIN' | 'LEI': Alternative Business Identifier Type
  - `firstName` string: First name of business contact
  - `lastName` string: Last name of business contact
  - `phone` string, required: Support contact telephone number in E.164 format
  - `mobilePhone` string: Valid wireless telephone in E.164 format
  - `street` string, required: House number and street name
  - `city` string, required: City Name
  - `state` string, required: State or province
  - `postalCode` string, required: Zipcode or postal code
  - `country` string, required: Two-letter ISO-2 country code
  - `email` string, email, required: Email address of support contact
  - `stockSymbol` string: Stock symbol of the PUBLIC_PROFIT brand
  - `stockExchange` 'NONE' | 'NASDAQ' | 'NYSE' | 'AMEX' | 'AMX' | 'ASX' | 'B3' | 'BME' | 'BSE' | 'FRA' | 'ICEX' | 'JPX' | 'JSE' | 'KRX' | 'LON' | 'NSE' | 'OMX' | 'SEHK' | 'SGX' | 'SSE' | 'STO' | 'SWX' | 'SZSE' | 'TSX' | 'TWSE' | 'VSE' | 'OTHER': The stock exchange where the PUBLIC_PROFIT brand is registered

  - `referenceId` string: A customer-unique identifier managed by the CSP
  - `entityType` 'PRIVATE_PROFIT' | 'PUBLIC_PROFIT' | 'NON_PROFIT' | 'GOVERNMENT' | 'SOLE_PROPRIETOR', required: The type of business entity
  - `mock` boolean: Signifies a brand as a mock brand
  - `businessContactEmail` string, email: Email of the business contact for the brand
  - `tag` string[]: Tags that can be set on the brand

    - `universal_ein` string: Universal tax ID in format COUNTRY_EIN
    - `identity_status` 'VETTED_VERIFIED' | 'UNVERIFIED' | 'VETTED_REJECTED': Current vetting status of the brand
    - `registered_on` string, date-time: Date and time when the brand was created
