# Send Fax

`POST /faxes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fonestorm.com/v2`
- URL: `https://api.fonestorm.com/v2/faxes`
- Auth: API key in header `token`

Send a fax to a recipient phone number.

## Request body

- object
  - `fonenumber` string, required: FoneNumber to use for Fax
  - `to` string, required: Receiving 10 digit phone number
  - `message` string: Message to fax
  - `pdf` string: URL of a PDF file to send with fax

## Response `201`

Sent

- object
  - `fax` Fax
    - `id` string, required: Unique identifier of fax.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `default`: Error
