# Answer Call

`POST /calls/{id}/answer`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fonestorm.com/v2`
- URL: `https://api.fonestorm.com/v2/calls/{id}/answer`
- Auth: API key in header `token`

Answer an in-progress call and connect it to a destination service.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `service_type` 'Conference' | 'Forward' | 'IVRMenu' | 'Device' | 'Scheduler' | 'Fax' | 'Voicemail', required: Destination service type.
  - `service_id` string, required: Destination service id for the selected service type.

## Response `200`

Success

    - `id` string: Unique identifier of the call.
    - `result` string: Result of the answer request.

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Not Found
