# Create a new webhook subscription

`POST /webhooks/subscriptions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.focusbear.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

## Request body

- CreateWebhookSubscriptionDto
  - `name` string, required: A friendly name for the webhook subscription
  - `url` string, uri, required: The URL to send webhook events to
  - `event_types` string[], required: The event types to subscribe to
  - `secret` string: Optional secret for webhook signature verification

## Response `201`

Webhook subscription created successfully

  - `name` string, required: A friendly name for the webhook subscription
  - `url` string, required: The URL to send webhook events to

  - `last_triggered_at` string: The last time the webhook was triggered
  - `failure_count` number, required: The number of consecutive failures
  - `created_at` string, required: When the webhook subscription was created
