`GET /projects/{project_id}/notes/{note_id}/images/{image_id}`

  - `content_type` string, required: Detected from the file signature: image/png, image/jpeg, image/gif or image/webp for images; audio/mp4, audio/mpeg, audio/webm, audio/ogg or audio/wav for audio; application/pdf for PDFs
  - `file_size` number, required: Size in bytes
  - `uploaded_by` string, nullable, required: Null when the uploader has since deleted their account
  - `url` string, required: Short-lived signed GET URL for the file bytes
