## Response `200`

- PortfolioSettingsResponseDto
  - `weekly_capacity_hours` number[], required: Stored manual override grid (Mon=0..Sun=6). Used only when use_dynamic_capacity is false.
  - `planning_horizon_days` number, required
  - `use_dynamic_capacity` boolean, required
  - `effective_weekly_capacity_hours` number[], required: Capacity actually used by the portfolio: dynamic (awake window − routines − events) or the grid.
  - `current_week_capacity` object[], required: This week's per-day breakdown for the summary + day drilldown; empty when dynamic is off.
