# List active MCP connections

`GET /mcp/auth/tokens`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.focusbear.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.focusbear.io/mcp/auth/tokens`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns all active MCP tokens for this user. Raw tokens are never returned.

## Response `200`

- ExternalApiTokenResponseDto[]
  - `id` string, required: Token UUID
  - `label` string: Human-readable label
  - `agent_name` string: Name of the AI agent this token belongs to
  - `scopes` string[], required: Scopes granted to this token
  - `last_used_at` string, date-time: When the token was last used
  - `expires_at` string, date-time: When the token expires (null = never)
  - `created_at` string, required: When the token was created
