`GET /class-management/sessions/{id}/participants`

## Request

heartbeat_coverage_pct measures credited heartbeat/session-enforcement time divided by cumulative joined time. in_focus_pct is a deprecated compatibility alias. blocking_permissions_enabled is the latest explicit client report, or null when unknown. opted_out_reason is declined or blocking_permissions_missing; opted_out_count counts both once.
