Generate and stream a PDF of the given dashboard.

Query params:
  start / date_range_start — ISO date (YYYY-MM-DD) — lower bound
  end   / date_range_end   — ISO date (YYYY-MM-DD) — upper bound

Returns a 200 with application/pdf bytes, 404 if not visible, 503 if the
renderer is unavailable (Chromium missing), or 500 if rendering fails.
