`GET /automations`

Automation library, filtered to a theme.

The installed "AI tasks" list lives on Report (``/live-dashboards#tasks``).
The library is a themed browse surface reached from section entry points
(audits, reports, …), so a bare ``/automations`` with no ``theme`` (and not
the "mine" view) redirects to that AI tasks tab. ``theme`` accepts a
comma-separated list — any valid themes are OR-ed together. ``view=all``
is the explicit "unfiltered curated library" surface reached from the
in-page "All themes" / "Curated" affordances — it shows the full curated
list without redirecting.
