`GET /api/saved-dashboards/{slug}/data`

Return re-executed card data for the given dashboard with optional
date-range + platform filters applied.

Dispatches each card through the MCP tool registry using a synthetic
refresh context (same pattern as /api/dashboard-query/{slug}/batch).

Query params:
  start     — ISO date (YYYY-MM-DD) — lower bound
  end       — ISO date (YYYY-MM-DD) — upper bound
  platforms — comma-separated list (e.g. "ga4,meta") — filter cards
