Delete a Slack webhook. Any schedule pointing at it will need to be reassigned.

We do NOT cascade-disable dependent schedules here — the scheduler
handles missing-destination cases at send time by marking the run
failed. Letting the user see the broken schedule surface in the UI
and fix it explicitly is less surprising than silent auto-disable.
