# Admin Reply Support

`POST /api/admin/support/{req_id}/reply`

## Request

Store a reply, email it to the sender (Reply-To the support inbox) and,
when the sender was signed in, raise an in-app notification linking to
/support/messages. A "new" message moves to "in progress".
