tool, interleaved with account events (sign-ins, connection changes).
Each tool row links to ``/activity-log/{id}`` for the full arguments + response.

Replaces the old ``/profile/activity`` page — both now share this
single route and backing store (``tool_call_audit`` +
``activity_events``).
