# Update role hoist positions

`PATCH /guilds/{guild_id}/roles/hoist-positions`

Update role hoist positions. Requires manage_roles permission. Sets the display priority for hoisted (separated) roles in the member list.

  - `hoist_position` integer, required — The new hoist position for the role

## Response `204`

No Content
