# Delete invite

`DELETE /invites/{invite_code}`

Permanently deletes an invite by its code, preventing any further usage. The authenticated user must have permission to manage invites for the guild, channel, or pack associated with the invite. This action can be logged in the audit log if an X-Audit-Log-Reason header is provided.

## Path parameters

- `invite_code` string, required

## Response `204`

No Content

- `400` — Bad Request - The request was malformed or contained invalid data
- `401` — Unauthorized - Authentication is required or the token is invalid
- `403` — Forbidden - You do not have permission to perform this action
- `429` — Too Many Requests - You are being rate limited
- `500` — Internal Server Error - An unexpected error occurred
