# Reply to one owned message

`POST /messages/{messageId}/reply`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://fluidrecall.com/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP dpop

Write. Ask before sending. Recipients, In-Reply-To, References, and threadId come from the original message. Requires text and/or html.

- `messageId` string, uuid, required

  - `html` string
  - `subject` string

## Response `201`

Stored outbound reply.

- `400`: Invalid body.
- `401`: Missing or wrong token.
- `404`: No message with that id for this token.
