`POST /dev/tokens`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP dpop

Write. The current bearer stays valid.

## Request body

  - `label` string, nullable

## Response `201`

Markdown document with a new fenced token.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid JSON or fields.
- `401`: Missing or wrong token.
