`GET /dev/decks/{deckId}/cards`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP dpop

Routine read. Prompts only. answerIncluded is false. Order is dueAt ascending, then createdAt, then cardId. limit defaults to 50 and maxes at 200. Not the drill order.

- `includeRetired` boolean
- `limit` integer
- `cursor` string

## Response `200`

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid JSON or fields.
- `401`: Missing or wrong token.
- `404`: No deck with that id for this token.
