# Signed Form Pdf

`GET /parental-consent/consents/{consent_id}/signed-form.pdf`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fluentea.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.fluentea.com/parental-consent/consents/{consent_id}/signed-form.pdf`
- Auth: none declared
- TypeScript: <https://skmtc.dev/fluentea/apis/aurqa-language-learning-platform-refactored/docs/parental-consent/consents/:consent_id/signed-form.pdf/get.ts> (a function with typed inputs; its response is checked against the schema)

The school's OWN form, with this family's consent written onto it.

What a registry actually wants when it asks for "the signed consent": the
document the school wrote, carrying the signature on the line that asked
for one -- not a database row, and not a transcript of the text with a
loose PNG beside it.

Sync `def` on purpose. It reads a file from storage and renders a PDF, and
an `async def` doing that would hold the pod's single event loop for the
whole of it, which on gamma means every other request on that pod waits.
