The caller's card for one question: text up to 600 characters and an
optional picture (a file, or a GIF from the composer's search).

A plain `def`, not `async`: reading the picture, fetching a GIF and
writing to the bucket all block, and FastAPI runs a sync handler on its
thread pool instead of on the one event loop every request shares.
