May a student start a call for their own section?

Asked for on 15 Oct 2026 by the partner teacher of an exchange school whose
student teams each form a section, agree a meeting time among themselves
and meet with no teacher there. Off for every school until a coordinator
turns it on. Turning it on lets a student open THEIR OWN section's ordinary
class room, never another section's: the start route checks the switch and
the section membership on every call.

Owner/admin, like every other school setting.
